This game says out loud what everyone is thinking to themselves or what you hear around from colleagues. This provocative game is not here to blame anyone or anything, but rather to identify the barriers to innovation that you might encounter within your organisation, in order to better work around them, overcome them and so on. The purpose of the game is therefore to talk about innovation, identify the reasons why it\u2019s not happening and ask yourself what needs to change in order to successfully approach innovation.<\/p>\n<p>This game was created based on the extensive years of collaboration between SDS and public authorities around Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The game is a PDF version which includes:<\/p>\n<p>30 cards + How to play + Board<\/p>\n<p><strong>A propos du jeu<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 6\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Innophobia est un mini jeu qui vise a\u0300 identifier et exprimer toutes les raisons pour lesquelles il est si difficile d\u2019innover dans le secteur public (mais pas seulement). Ce jeu a vocation a\u0300 dire tout haut, ce que les uns et les autres pensent tout bas, ou ce qu\u2019on entend ici et la\u0300 par des colle\u0300gues.
