Do we?<\/p>\n

Organic certification is essential both for human health and agriculture transition. In practice, transformation of conventional agriculture is not a smooth process and exchanging with stakeholders reveals very often a whole range of reluctances. Are they attempts to justify change resistances or true technical, administrative or economic barriers?<\/p>\n

The cards deck \u201c We all have a good<\/del> reason to distrust organic certification! \u201c collect all possible counter-arguments heard from farmers, wholesalers, shopkeepers, customers, city services, etc. from different part of Europe where BioCanteens is represented. It doesn\u2019t pretend to be exhaustive but already covers a large range of mistrusts, reservations, concerns or beliefs\u2026<\/p>\n

Because we think that organic certification is key for food transition, human health and societal resilience, because we know that this process is not exempt of problems and surely perfectible, we engaged the same stakeholders, toxicology and certification experts to constitute a second cards deck titled \u201cEverything we know about organic certification that we don\u2019t<\/del> want to see!\u201c. It provides all knowledge and arguments we could gather to fightback stakeholders\u2019 distrust towards organic certification.<\/p>\n

Vraiment ?<\/p>\n

La certification biologique est essentielle tant pour la sant\u00e9 humaine que pour la transition de l’agriculture. Dans la pratique, la transformation de l’agriculture conventionnelle ne se fait pas sans heurts et l’\u00e9change avec les parties prenantes r\u00e9v\u00e8le bien souvent toute une s\u00e9rie de frilosit\u00e9s : s’agit-il de tentatives de justification des r\u00e9sistances au changement ou de v\u00e9ritables barri\u00e8res techniques, administratives ou \u00e9conomiques ?<\/p>\n

Le jeu de cartes \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons tous une bonne<\/del> raison de nous m\u00e9fier de la certification biologique !\u00a0\u00bb rassemble tous les contre-arguments possibles entendus de la part d’agriculteurs, de grossistes, de commer\u00e7ants, de clients, de services municipaux, etc. de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions d’Europe o\u00f9 BioCanteensest repr\u00e9sent\u00e9. Il n’a pas la pr\u00e9tention d’\u00eatre exhaustif mais couvre d\u00e9j\u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de m\u00e9fiances, r\u00e9serves, inqui\u00e9tudes ou croyances…<\/p>\n

Parce que nous pensons que la certification biologique est essentielle pour la transition alimentaire, la sant\u00e9 humaine et la r\u00e9silience de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, parce que nous savons que ce processus n’est pas exempt de probl\u00e8mes et s\u00fbrement perfectible, nous avons fait appel aux m\u00eames acteurs, experts en toxicologie et en certification pour constituer un second jeu de cartes intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Tout ce que nous savons sur la certification biologique et que nous ne<\/del> voulons pas<\/del> voir !\u00a0\u00bb Il fournit toutes les connaissances et les arguments que nous avons pu rassembler pour combattre la m\u00e9fiance des parties prenantes envers la certification biologique.<\/p>\n
